Its not only about a huge pole in front of your house. which looks will going to fall on your home and you will die.
its much more than that.
Its about the inhumane attitude of the Islamic Trust who unlawfully allowed MTS to erect 105 feet pole on its F-Block mosque property, in the residential area with out asking or telling the residents.
Its about deceptive attitude of the non co-operative society. The 105 feet pole which needs at-least a week to get installed is erected deceptively between 2am to 5am hours on a cold night so no resident could try to stop or arrange a court’s stay order.
Its about no rule of law.
Its about frustration that you can not stop a conspiracy. MTS tractors trolleys + salaried labour force + expensive fuel going free of charge to Islamic Trust needs. Islamic Trust in return allowing Mobile phone 100 feet pole on its property illegally. In return John Doe receiving E-F leased ground as a gift from a mobile phone company and you read news on the Internet that MTS forcing adjacent plant nurseries to move by stopping their water and increasing the annual fee and helping the John Doe to expand his business by allowing him to build a college on the peoples land!
and It is also about a huge huge pole in front of your house which devalues your property.

Petition against installation of tower
Lahore High Court Justice Muhammad Muzammal Khan on Wednesday admitted for regular hearing a petition against the installation of 105-feet tower of a mobile company outside Advocate Iqbal Mahmood Awan’s house in Model Town.
Advocate Iqbal has moved the petition. The judge issued notices to six respondents asking them to appear before the court on March 14. The respondents are the Punjab Secrecy Cooperatives, the Environmental Protection Agency, the Model Town Society (MTS), the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority chairman and the mobile company’s regional manager.
The petitioner alleged that MTS President Lt Col (r) Tahir Kardar and one Dr Abdul Rehman had ‘illegally’ allowed the mobile company to install the tower in front of his house without seeking a no objection certificate from the concerned managing committee. He requested the court to issue directions for the removal of the tower, which according to him was causing health hazards for the residents. staff report
