Movement for restoration of judiciary and rule of law
According to TheNews daily (Ansar Abbasi, Editor Investigations)The following news was blocked by the Government of Pakistan in early 2006. Because then it needed the puppet. But when the puppet blocked the transfer of Pakistan Steel Mill to Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz’s friend Arif Habib (Client and friend from the days of CitiBank). Dr (so called) Arsalan Iftikhar, mighty son of Mr Iftikhar Muhammad
Chaudhry, Chief Justice of Pakistan, who has grown now as a monster,
joined Health Department as Medical Officer at Quetta after doing
MBBS from Bolan Medical College (on a managed seat). Young Dr Sahib
appeared twice in CSS examination but failed as he had secured only
sixteen marks in English paper. Well! how could bright son of a
genius Chief Justice fail – must have been some error with FPSC,
hence a Writ Petition was filed at Baluchistan High Court against

Lawyers announce strike on March 12, 13
It was also decided in the meeting that memberships of all those lawyers supporting President Musharraf’s decision would be suspended and their entrance barred. Now that the cat is officially out of the bag
For many years there has been an unwritten rule requiring the Pakistani media not to print nor mention the name of the Director General of Military Intelligence.
Even in Chief Justice Ifitkhar Chaudhry’s recently submitted affidavit the senior intelligence officer is simply referred to as DG MI.
DG MI, Director General of Military Intelligence is ‘Major General Mian Nadeem Ijaz Ahmad son of Late Mian Ijaz Ahmad’, also happens to be Mrs Sehba Musharraf’s nephew; his mother being Mrs Musharraf’s elder sister.
More importantly, the hawkish DG MI is believed by many to be one of the Commando General’s closest of advisers in most, if not all, matters these days.

these all people who are giving comments against the HONOURABLE CHEIF JUSTICE OF PAKISTAN……………… THEY MUST NOT FOGET SOME FACTS ABOUT THIS GOVERNMENT’S ROLE IN ALL THIS SCENE.
1. CJP given decision against steel mills privatization wich is a national asset and was going to be sold at a cheep rate of 12 % of its actual value.
2. he was consistantly asking for the missing persons that armed agencies had picked from different parts of country with out any reason and information.
3. a case was registered at supreeme court of pakistan that whether any person with dual nationality could be member of parliment or even the primeminister of pakistan who’s patriotism is suspecious.
4. this is proposed election year and president pervez is willing to re- elect himself from the same parliment , this was going to be challanged at highest judicial level..
5.. all persons that are moving agaist this government are not extremists or illeterates or terrorists ……. they comprise ex-juditiory…
lawers… media personells … senior citizens…. students …. teachers…. and highly educated and sophisticated people’s of pakistan.
FINALLY I SALUTE ALL THOSE WHO ARE OPPOSING THIS ACT OF MILITARY DICTATOR. AND I APEAL ALL THE READERS THAT PLEEZ THIS IS THE TIME WHEN YOUR COUNTRY NEED YOUR PRACTICAL SUPPORT…………………………………………………………………..

This story reflects the real issues my country has been facing ever
since Independence. It also shows how some of the most sensitive
and important organs of the country function; it is definitely sad and
sorry affair.
But there is another message that is very clear, we are not going to
take it lying down, we will resent, protest, and fight for our rights. I appreciate the efforts and guts of son of soil who are sticking their neck out to maintain such kind of web sites.
A day will come when we will get rid of all such evils.

If such mishaps would keep happening the future of Pakistan would certainly be dark and gloomy, if a person can join Police Services of Pakistan without emerging in CSS I think this is the high rank injustice which could have been rubbed out but no one can dare to do so. chief injustice of pakistan!
i can feel what would be thier feelings who couldnt get seat in css final allocation despite of qualification…….passing through whole circle and different phases of excellence.
coz once i had same experience in my life.
THANKS GOD THAT IM NOT SON OF ANY SUCH CHIEF JUSTICE AND I GOT IT WITH MY OWN ABILITIES.
